Booking Conditions
Bookings should be
made as soon as possible, particularly during peak holiday periods.
Emergencies will be taken into consideration but there is no
guarantee of availability. Visit hours are 7.00am - 6.00pm - 7 days
a week (times can be varied, please ask).
Deposits & Payments:
A deposit is required at the time of
booking (see below).
This will guarantee your pet sitting job.
The balance of payment is due prior to your pet sitting job
starting.
Christmas and Easter
bookings -
50% of total pet sitting fee
Other times
of the year

2 days pet sitting fees
Extended bookings (2 or more weeks) - 20% of total pet sitting fee

Booking Cancellations:
The following cancellation fees apply:
More than 14 days notice - 2 days pet sitting fees
Less than 14 days notice - 10% of total booking or 2 days pet
sitting fees (whichever is the greater)
Late
cancellation fee -

(less than 24 hours notice given/full payment if visit is made)
Late
booking fee - $20.00
(if less than 24
hours notice is given to attend interview or start service)
